Vylos Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") provides a digital operating system for tracking personal finance ("Money") and health metrics ("Health"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms bindingly.

The content on Vylos is for informational purposes only. We are NOT a bank, investment firm, or medical provider. Decisions made based on Vylos analytics are your sole responsibility. Always consult a qualified professional before making major financial or health decisions.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use Vylos only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach our encryption protocols.
- Use automated scrapers or bots to access the Platform.
- Input false or misleading data that could compromise community analytics.
4. Subscriptions & Free Trials
Vylos offers paid subscription plans (Operator, Sovereign) which start with a 7-Day Free Trial.
- Free Trial: You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period. An automated mandate is verified at checkout (₹0 charge).
- Billing: The first payment is automatically deducted only after the trial ends.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime via Settings. If cancelled during the trial, you will not be charged.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karnataka, India.
